Why this Privacy Policy?
On this page, indication is given of the methods we use to process the personal data of employed Candidates. This privacy policy is provided to all those who send their CV or other information in order to take up employment with our organisation.
What information do we collect and how long do we retain it?
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data by email to the address indicated on this website, or else by completing the specific forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and of the personal data sent. The data will be processed on paper, computer and electronic media.
Why do we collect such information?
We collect the information concerning you solely to carry out the Staff search, selection and assessment activity, i.e., to take pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.
Who do we share your information with?
We may share your information with third parties (or otherwise grant them access) only in the following ways and in the following cases:
Fulfilment of legal obligations
Isagro S.p.A. may disclose or otherwise grant others access to your personal data by virtue of a legal obligation, such as a summons, legal proceedings, a search warrant, a law court order, or pursuant to applicable legislation in the event of its considering, in good faith, that such conduct is required by law, with or without prior communication to the User.
What are the legal bases for processing?
The processing of personal data can be carried out, to guarantee the rights and freedom of the data subjects, on the basis of a number of assumptions of lawfulness, among which the need to execute a contract to which the data subject is a part or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject itself (e.g., to file your CV, sent to us). In the event of, among the data sent by you, there being some called “special” (such as, for example, information which could reveal your political, philosophical or religious beliefs, or information relating to your health or your sexual choices), we shall ask you for your explicit consent before processing such data.
When and how can we contact you?
We can only contact you to fix an interview or ask for further information concerning your professional profile.
How long do we store your information?
We can store your CV and other information concerning you for at most 6 months, except in the event of a request from you for sooner cancellation (opt-out).
In case of employment, the personal data you have sent us will be stored for the time required to manage the Staff File.
Moreover, we may continue to store such information even after the achievement of the purpose for which the data were collected, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil legal obligations, settle disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with signed contracts/agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.
Your rights and how to contact us
Besides the right to erase your personal data within 6 months from sending the C.V., we wish to remind you that you have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing that concerns you or to object to the processing (art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation).

Right to lodge a complaint
Data subjects who consider that their personal data are being processed in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for in article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (article 79 of the Regulation).
