Isagro Spa, in its capacity as Data controller, has always paid great attention to the processing and protection of personal data of its Customers, Suppliers, Collaborators and of anyone it may get in touch with. For that reason, in order to assure full compliance with the Privacy Law set forth in Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30 June, 2003, our Organization adopted this Privacy Policy.
It should be noted that Isagro Spa reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time: therefore, we invite you to visit this page frequently to make sure that no amendments were made in the interim. Using the Website and the services of Isagro Spa implies accepting our Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

Art. 7 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)

  1. 1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

Isagro Spa processes your personal data and tax details, and other personal data of an ordinary nature necessary to fulfil the contracts concluded or to be concluded with our companies.
Purpose of data processing
Your data is processed to meet contractual requirements, to fulfil any related tax and legal requirements, and to facilitate the management of financial and commercial relationships.
Data will be processed throughout the period of validity of contract and thereafter, to fulfil law requirements and for administrative and commercial purposes.

E-mail or post details provided by you may be used by Isagro Spa to send you advertising or direct sale materials directly or to conduct its own market or commercial communication researches. The aforementioned promotional activity shall be exclusively relating to goods and services similar to those forming the subject of the agreement in place. INFORMATION FOR JOB APPLICANTS

Isagro Spa selects its employees on the basis of gender equality principles without any discrimination, in compliance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91.
Moreover, your data will be processed and kept in the strictest confidence, care and diligence in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in the manners set forth below.
Data collection and nature
Data is collected through the sending, by interested people, of their Curriculum Vitae. Data may be collected through computer-based systems (e-mail or as attachment to specific forms) or through paper media.
Purpose of data processing
Data is exclusively processed as part of human resource research, selection and assessment.
Mandatory or optional data disclosure
Disclosure of personal data by the interested party and the sending of his/her Curriculum Vitae are optional: however, failure to do so shall result in our inability to carry out our human resource research, selection and assessment activity.

Scope of data disclosure or dissemination
Your data may be disclosed only to Data Processors or to the Persons in charge of the processing appointed by our companies. Your data may also be disclosed to third parties providing specific services or performing activities connected with, expedient for or supporting the manner in which and the purposes for which you have provided your data. Your data may also be disclosed by us to our parent, subsidiary or related companies under Article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code or to companies jointly controlled, for administrative-accounting purposes as defined by Article 34, Para. 1-ter of Legislative Decree 196/2003, i.e. purposes connected with the performance of activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature regardless of the nature of data processed. Data processing method and storage
Data shall be processed in compliance with the provisions of Art. 11 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Data shall be always processed in a manner that is strictly connected with any stated purposes and capable of assuring the safety and confidentiality of any such data, through the adoption of measures suited to prevent any alteration, deletion, destruction, unauthorized access or any processing not permitted or not compliant with the purposes of collection.
Data shall be stored in our databases for no longer than 24 months and, in any case, for a period no longer than that necessary to manage and monitor the research and selection process.

INFORMATION FOR VISITORS

Nature of data processed and Purpose of data processing
Isagro Spa processes your name and any information provided by you in your capacity as interested party when you access the corporate area in order for it to safely keep and protect the assets and the human resources existing at the premises of Isagro SpA.
Processing method
For the purpose stated above, personal data is processed by means of manual or computer-based systems, according to a logic strictly connected with the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, so as to assure the safety and confidentiality of any such data. When the intended purpose will be achieved, and 5 days shall have elapsed from collection, data will be deleted or anonymyzed.
Obligation or right to disclose data
Providing data is optional, however failure to provide it shall result in the impossibility for us to consent to your access to corporate premises.
Scope of disclosure and dissemination of your data
Except for the possibility for any competent Judiciary or Police Authority to consult personal data, your personal data will be disclosed to the staff appointed by Isagro SpA as persons in charge of the processing only. Your personal data may also be disclosed, for the aforementioned purposes only, to independent companies in charge of providing services to Isagro SpA, subject to appointment thereof as data controllers and provided that the same degree of protection is assured.
