Newsletter Privacy

On this page, indication is given of the methods we use to process the personal data of the recipients of our Newsletter. This privacy policy is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation 2016/679.

 

What information do we collect and how long do we retain it?

The data provided or otherwise collected, such as, for example, name and email address, will be processed using computer and electronic media for the sole purpose of providing the Newsletter service and, for this reason, will be stored only for the period in which such service operates.

 

What are the legal bases for processing?

Our Newsletter is distributed by email - automatically and free of charge - to those who ask to receive it by giving appropriate consent or to our Users limited to information about products or services similar to those already sold or provided. We may also send our Newsletter on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is assessed taking into account the reasonable expectations of the persons concerned based on their relationship with us. This assessment is therefore based on what data subjects might reasonably expect in relation to our processing of their data.

 

If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter, simply use the opt-out function available in every communication you receive or contact us as described below in "Your rights and how to contact us". You will be informed immediately of the discontinuation of processing. If the frequency of sending is less than six months, you will in any case be sent a verification communication containing an opt-out option.

 

The data will be processed only by the staff and collaborators of Isagro S.p.A. or by companies expressly appointed as data processors (e.g., for purposes of Newsletter dispatch management)

 

We wish to remind you that you have the right to obtain from Isagro S.p.A., in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing that concerns you or to object to the processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation).

Data subjects who consider that their personal data are being processed in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for in article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (article 79 of the Regulation).
