Maria Teresa Agazzani, with a degree in Business Economics and a Master in Communication, joined Montedison in 1987 and then continued her professional experience at Agrimont SpA (the Agrochemical company of the Group) in the Communication Dept. After an experience in the Management Control Dept., in 1992 she joined Isagro as Communication Manager where she took part in the acquisition of Isagro Asia and the listing of Isagro on the Stock Exchange of Milan in 2003.
In November 2015 she joined the Human Resources Dept. and in May 2016 she became Group Director of Human Resources.
Following the acquisition by the Gowan Group in May 2021, she maintains the responsibility of the Human Resources Dept. in Italy.
